Chocolate Cake Brownies

aquafaba - in a pot with 4 cups of water, add 2 cups of chickpeas. Cook about 45 minutes. Let cool. Drain the liquid in a bowl. Blend the liquid in a blender for several minutes. This is the egg white.
1 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups spelt
1 cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 cups water
2 cups of aquafaba
Preheat 350.
Mix the sugar and oil in a blender until creamy.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, cacao flour, salt. Add the mixture from the mixture. Gradually add and stir in the water. Mix well. Fold in the auqafaba. Lightly grease a baking pan and use cacao powder to layer the inside. Add the batter and bake for about 45 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.
